The Strengthening Families Protective Factors framework is a national and international initiative aimed to develop and enhance five specific characteristics that help keep families strong and children safe.
In this training we will cover:
– What it means for parents to have knowledge of parenting and child development
– Actions to help strengthen parenting among families
– How to create a plan to integrate these ideas into their everyday work
This training is in the Competency Area: Family and Community Engagement (FCE)
