Join us as we dive into transformative conversations around ‘Resilience’ and nurture the spirit of family, explore equity, diversity, and inclusion, and promote overall well-being.

Strengthening Families cafes are intended to support parents and caregivers in identifying and implementing their protective factors in their everyday lives to better themselves and their family.
