Get out and vote in local, state and federal elections

It’s an election year! Are you registered to vote? Voting is your right, so make sure you use it. It’s important that your opinions on topics like immigration, healthcare, and education are heard.

Now is the time to find out where candidates stand on the critically important early care and educational programs and issues that CCRC discusses with decision makers at the local, state and federal government.  To learn more about some of these early childhood issues, please visit the California Child Care Resource & Referral Network’s website.

How can you get in touch with your representatives?  Find your State Senate, State Assembly or United States Congressional Representative, as well as information on how to contact them, here.  And remember: they want to hear what’s on your mind.  By letting your representatives know what issues you’re concerned about, you’ll help them make decisions that positively impact you, your family and your community.

Your voice matters. Your vote matters. So, help shape the future of your community — and our Nation — by getting out and voting in local, state and federalelections.
