CCRC offers amazing benefits, including paid health benefits, retirement, competitive pay and generous paid time off. But for many of our staff, it’s the connection to the community and camaraderie throughout the agency that keeps them around.
“The people I work with, we all have a passion for what we do and you can see it,” says CCRC Resource and Referral Family Engagement Supervisor Judi Ruiz, who has worked for the agency for 31 years. “I really enjoy and feel honored to work with the individuals who come through the doors or call. CCRC has become my home away from home.”
“We make the community a better place for families,” says Resource and Referral Manager Cyndi Trujillo, who has worked for the agency for 26 years.
CCRC is celebrating its 45th year of service in southern California. Since our humble beginnings as a small Resource and Referral agency, we’ve grown to employ over 1,000 staff who serve more than 50,000 children, families and child care providers across Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
We’re known for uplifting the community through exciting family play days, food and supply distribution events and our annual holiday book and toy drive, where we ensure children have a gift to open during the holidays.
“CCRC is a great place to work because of the positive atmosphere,” says Family Development Specialist Maria Longoria. “It is a community place where families and caregivers are always welcome and a space where children and families are treated with respect.”
“It’s a place to serve, grow, and learn,” says Angela Caballero, a family advocate with over 20 years at CCRC.
Not only do CCRC staff enjoy making an impact with their work, we also offer a generous benefits package and competitive pay. Employees who work at least 30 hours per week may participate in the CCRC Benefits Plan, which is available to employees and their eligible dependents. CCRC’s Board of Directors recently voted to cover all medical, dental and vision insurance premiums for every full time employee through the end of 2021. We also offer a 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan and employer match.
New hires receive Paid Time Off at a rate of 10 days per year. In addition to paid holidays, CCRC typically provides a paid winter break from Christmas Day through New Year's Day, except when required by the contract to remain open.
We are currently hiring across a number of different departments, from Head Start media production to accounting and financial and more. CCRC has open positions across CCRC’s six office locations and over 25 Head Start locations. Apply today and find out why CCRC is an employer of choice in California.
