In this Family Child Care (FCC) Fundamentals training, participants will learn how to:
– Write clear and comprehensive contracts
– Create a parent handbook that supports both the child care business and the clients served
– Set the tone and establish trust, clarity, and positive communication with families
This training is only open to CCRC’s service area in Northern Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County.
