In the first module of this series developed by Zero to Three, you will:
– Gain an understanding of young children’s interest and capacity in communication exchanges during their first three years
– Learn how to identify strategies and practices for extending children’s communication during teacher-child interactions
– Recognize the communicative intent that dual/multilingual learners demonstrate
– Identify strategies for encouraging and building on it in ways that are meaningful to them
