Museums offer a window into a different time, culture or – if you visit the planetary museum – another world! These family friendly spaces are a great way to introduce children to new ideas and educate them about our world and the people in it. On September 17, many museums are free of cost in celebration of National Museum Day. Here’s a list of some participating museums in southern California.
