CCRC invites parents to join our virtual Parent Café – Inclusion Vitality.

This session will assist parents of children with disabilities with knowledge on child care resources, support, and understanding what comes with the following domains:

– Physical – the health and well-being of your body
– Mental & Emotional – the health and well-being of your mind
– Spiritual – feeling completely alive and full of positive energy
– Financial – feeling secure in your capacity to meet your needs in the material world
– Environmental – how your surroundings influence your well-being
– Social – about your support system and the joy that your friends and family can add
