Child Care Disaster Preparedness

In this web-based training, participants will:

• Understand the different and unique needs of children and families during moments of disasters
• Review the licensing forms required as a result of an emergency
• Understand what you should be doing during the phases of an emergency – Mitigation, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery
• Discuss licensing requirements, as well as best practices to go above and beyond to be prepared for emergency situations
