Getting Started with Observation and Lesson Planning

In this training, participants will understand the importance of lesson planning, choose a lesson plan to meet the needs of the children, and respect their families in their program. In addition, participants will be creating a weekly lesson plan based on observation and documentation gathering.

Participants are encouraged to bring a lesson plan form that they can use during the training that will meet the needs of children in their program.

This training fulfills 2 hours in the competency area: Observation, Screening, Assessment, and Documentation (OSAD)
