 Provider Liason
As a child care provider, there are a number of important documents and forms that must be completed. Keeping track of all the necessary paperwork can be difficult, but the charts below include contact information for the Liaison Team or Department best suited to offer assistance.
The Provider Liaison team can assist with change of address, rate changes, provider closure days, TrustLine, and W9 tax information.
The Provider Payments team can assist with questions about your payment amount, annual 1099 tax statement, how to complete the attendance sheet/PPR, and payment timelines.
To sign up for direct deposit, contact Quality Assurance at [email protected] or their new extension, 9216. You can also download the application directly from your Provider Portal account or the CCRC website Forms and Publications: www.ccrcca.org.

   Parent Cafes
For many families with young children, having a network of parents can create a sense of community and provide comfort through some of the challenges that accompany raising a
child. We invite families and caregivers to join us for a series of moderated Parent Cafes, which foster strong families through connection and support.
Starting August 2, virtual Parent Cafes will be hosted every Monday through August 30 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. There will also be a stand-alone café on September 2. Registration is now open and links to the Zoom meetings will be provided once registration is complete.
Through the Parent Cafes, families will develop and understand the Five Protective Factors: Parental Resilience, Social Connections, Concrete Support, Knowledge of Parenting and Child Development, and Social and Emotional Competence of Children. Participants can expect meaningful, guided conversations that help strengthen the family unit.
The Parent Cafes are open to all parents, grandparents or caregivers and explore a range of topics designed to support child development. Parent Cafés will be scheduled for each quarter.
You can register by emailing Jaryn Gadea at [email protected]. Space is limited, so don’t delay.
