CONCLUSION
 This strategic plan will be revisited, revised, and revamped on a yearly basis as DEI work is fluid and requires adaptability. The DEI Division, in partnership with our leadership team, aims for CCRC to be an equitable organization through how we engage talent via community partnerships, support career mobility across roles, and foster authenticity while supporting employee well-being.
CCRC’s goal is to create an equitable organization. We will reach this goal when we can
look across our organization to see clear evidence of equity through quantitative data.
This equates to continuously improving our diversity amongst our employees at all levels, consistent engagement with internal DEI initiatives, positive survey from inclusion surveys, thriving Employee Networks, receiving DEI grants to expand our work, and increased public visibility of our DEI work through our community partnerships and programs.
As an organization, every CCRC employee plays a role in our collective success. While we acknowledge that this work is often uncomfortable, we will use it as a signal to drive change in order to experience the rewards that come from building an equitable and inclusive organization.
