year, the first full year of implementation, Career Coaching participants received on average 4.7 coaching hours and 7.2 coaching sessions per month while Quality Coaching participants received 5.3 hours and 6.1 coaching sessions a year. During the 3rd program year, there had been a reduction in case load per coach and an increase in the target goals. Participants receiving Career Coaching received on average .88 hours and 1 coaching session per month while Quality Coaching participants received .90 hours and .80 coaching sessions a month. During the last 2 years of the program, coaching has not been reported on separately by component. In year 4 of the program, the average amount of coaching for all participants was 1.2 hours and 1.2 sessions of coaching per month. During the 2015-2016 PY, participants received 1.2 hours and 1.2 sessions of coaching per month.
