     Gateways for Early Educators offers a unique opportunity that supports the implementation of best practices and career and educational advancement by providing a training series, and dedicated Quality and Career coaching
to licensed and licensed-exempt ECE child care providers.
PASSPORT
• Career coaching that assists individuals with creating and completing professional goals including, but not limited to, obtaining a child development permit and pursuing their educational goals.
• Quality coaching that assists family child care providers in evaluating and improving the quality of child care in their facility. The coach is available for one on one site visits.
• The Gateways Passport gives individuals an opportunity to complete required trainings in designated core areas. Upon successful
completion of the required 40 hours, participants receive the Karen Kay Award of Achievement and are invited to attend the awards ceremony at the end of the year.
GIVEAWAY TIME: The first 5 child care providers in Antelope Valley and San Fernando Valley to sign up for Gateways coaching will receive a complimentary ticket to CCRC’s Policy Forum event on April 9th.
