VIC is a coalition of caring persons and organizations constituted as a diverse membership interfaith council and as a 501[c] 3 non-profit California corporation. VIC serves thousands of people in the San Fernando Valley including seniors, victims of stroke, disease and impairment, offers adult day care at four day care centers, and in home care services.
