Antelope Valley brought the energy to CCRC’s Antelope Valley Family Play Day on Saturday, October 12th! From a jam packed Zumbathon filled with high energy dancers to the thousands of families who joined us throughout the day to celebrate learning through play – we can’t thank you enough for spending the morning with us!

And a special thank you to all of the volunteers, vendors, and staff who made this event possible.

Our next family play day is fast approaching for our Victor Valley residents on Saturday, November 16 at CCRC’s Victorville Office.

Welcome to today’s Head Start at Home activity!

Teacher Alma will be showing us how to make playdough using her special recipe.

Enjoy making this at home with your little ones. The ingredients you’ll need are:

¾ cup of warm water
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/3 cup of salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1/3 tablespoon of vegetable oil (coconut oil works too)!
