❐ Maintain and further strengthen our core services, even as we pursue new areas of opportunity.
❐ Minimize or eliminate barriers to entry and ongoing engagement for families, providers, and others who come to CCRC for resources and support.
❐ Proactively plan for, manage, and resource growth. Investments in programmatic capacities must include investments in our infrastructure and support functions.
❐ Develop our capacity for innovation to support new and better service design and delivery. Continuous quality improvement – and the related focus on documenting our processes, learning, and accomplishments – is central to our ability to innovate.
❐ Create synergies among program divisions through shared programs, training, and staff development.
