 The Human Resources Division functions as a strategic partner to programs and staff aligning policies and best practices that support the agency’s Mission, Vision and Values. We strive to meet the needs of individual staff while maintaining the best interests of the agency as a whole. Here are a few of the ways we support CCRC.
Training & Development

Health & Wellness
▶ Time Management

 ▶ 278 staff actively participated in a variety of initiatives including Healthy Bingo and the Body Transformation Challenge
▶ Facilitated a very successful Health Fair at the All Staff Meeting with over 30 participating vendors ▶ Hosted the Kaiser Mobile Health Van bringing wellness to the workplace
▶ Researched and implemented an employee leave software to assist with tracking to ensure compliance
with extensive leave laws
Employee Benefits
▶ Increased the employer contribution of the Agency’s 403(b) plan from 2% to 3% of compensation for staff and from 4% to 5% for managers and directors
▶ 2,852 submissions were received for staff recognizing each other in our Mission, Vision and Values Recognition program
▶ Managers recognized staff with 257 SPOT awards for excellence
▶ Rolled out the Nurse First Response program to support employees filing worker’s compensation claim
