Participants were asked to report their level of agreement or disagreement with statements regarding various aspects of the trainings. The responses were then converted to numbers for data analysis using the following scale: 1=Strongly Disagree, 2=Disagree, 3=Agree, 4=Strongly Agree. Of those who completed an evaluation, 99.3% rated the training they attended as Good or Excellent with an average rating of 3.83. Participants also provided high ratings when asked about all other specific characteristics of the trainings. For all of the trainings combined, the means ranged between 3.83 and 3.86 when reporting whether they agreed or disagreed with the following statements: The training presented helpful ideas that I will be able to use (Mean = 3.84), The training was informative (Mean = 3.83), The training increased my knowledge about the topic presented (Mean = 3.86), and Because of this training I plan to do new things with the children I serve (Mean = 3.85). See Figure 3. As demonstrated in Figure 4, the ratings for Gateways Trainings have consistently been high for the past 4 years.
