An examination of the ratings by individual strand demonstrates that participants gained knowledge across all of the strands. Participants in all training strands rated the trainings between “Good” and “Excellent” as seen in Figure 5. As seen in Figure 6, the ratings for the trainings’ individual characteristics were also high with participants indicating that they agreed or strongly agreed with the statements:
The training presented helpful ideas that I will be able to use, The training was informative, The training increased my knowledge about the topic presented, and Because of this training I plan to do new things with the children I serve.
