   Networks of Support
CCRC celebrated child care providers from the San Fernando and Antelope Valleys, matriculating from the Family Child Care On-the-Job Training Program partnership.
Quality Start San Bernardino is a quality rating and improvement system) designed to help child care programs and preschools provide the highest quality early learning experiences possible. The program served 234 programs, 10,102 children and 1,485 early educators.
     Human Capital
The agency recognized the need to help families experiencing homelessness. Our Vice President & COO, Ellen Cervantes, accepted the challenge, won a $10,000 prize, and continues to build capacity for this timely issue.
We developed the CCRC Cultural Ambassador Program identifying key staff members to help articulate and model the agency’s vision, mission and values. As we continue to grow, we know this is an important initiative that promotes diversity, positivity and collaboration.
   Access to Information
The Stein Early Childhood Development Fund awarded CCRC an exciting grant to create videos and a YouTube channel to highlight, explain and enhance the relevance and importance of child care options for families, especially the significance of viability of family child care homes.
Committed to the development of new and innovative ways to engage and inform clients, political leaders, donors, community members and staff, we share relevant news and topics through texts, posts
and publications with over 50,700 fans, followers, subscribers, and connections.
   Premier Organization
With over 900 employees, we analyzed pay equity within market pressures and provided market adjustments. We started an employee university offering immersive trainings that range from Advanced Microsoft Excel to Dealing with Conflict.
