 What does the Gateways program offer? Whether you are a newly licensed child care provider or a seasoned veteran, Gateways for Early Educators offers something for you!
Gateways for Early Educators is an integrated countywide framework for
professional development in the Early Care and Education (ECE) sector in Los Angeles County. The Gateways program is part of the Los Angeles County Early Care and Education Workforce Consortium which is funded by First 5 LA and administered by Los Angeles Universal Preschool (LAUP).
This program offers 40 hours of workshops and much more:
1. On-site coaching and mentoring
2. Career coaching to navigate the child care lattice
3. Resources and support for child care providers to progress on their own professional
development pathway and improve the quality of child care at their sites
 Who qualifies?
Any early educator or child care provider
