Project Overview
EPRP contracted with CCRC, one of the CCALA agencies in Los Angeles County , to be the lead agency and administer the program. CCRC conducted the background research, implemented focus groups, designed the curriculum and toolkits, contracted with Save the Children to facilitate meetings, conducted the train-the-trainer sessions for the other CCALA agencies, coordinated the contract and invoicing, and conducted all evaluation and reporting activities. The major functions in which the agencies participated are described briefly below and are summarized in Table 5:
 Focus Groups: Three agencies (CCRC, Options, and Pathways) recruited and hosted focus groups with providers. Due to the size of its service area, CCRC hosted two focus groups.
 Workshops: Six agencies (CCRC, Connections for Children, Crystal Stairs, Inc., Mexican American Opportunity Foundation, Pathways, and Pomona Unified School District) conducted provider education workshops. A seventh agency (Options) will conduct a workshop after the grant period because their training calendar was already full.
 Working Sessions: All of the R&R agencies and one AP agency participated in the meeting series conducted by Save the Children.
